The Night Before a Bride’s Wedding Day
It is the night before your wedding day. You are a bride just one day from say “I do” to your fiancée. You would think you could relax, but with all the last minute wedding day details to think about, you are most likely a bundle of nerves.
This is why you should check out this night before your wedding day to do list:
It is important for you to hydrate with water the night before you get married. Try to avoid alcohol and be sure to snack on watermelon and cucumbers which act as natural diuretics to help get rid of any toxins in your body and help get rid of any bloating. A bride should be glowing on her special day.
Be sure to take care of your skin. Put a face mask on to make sure your skin is moisturized, free from any debris, and your pores are refreshed. You will be wearing more wedding day makeup than usual so you will want your skin to look and feel its best. Invite your friends over to have a face mask sleepover party.
You will want to be very organized. Be sure to get your pre-wedding day rest and also prepare anything you will need on your special day ahead of time. Think about wearing a dress that you can get in and out of easily without messing up your wedding day makeup or hair. It is a good idea to take your accessories, dress, and any luggage to the venue or hotel ahead of time so that you do not need to rush in the morning. Knowing everything is taken care of will also help you get your much needed pre-wedding day rest.
Give your cellphone to the maid of honor so she can take care of any calls and any questions for you. Let someone else take care of any emails you receive on your computer. This will help you sleep better the night before.
Take time to laugh and relax so that you have plenty of energy for your wedding day. And, get to bed early!
